The defendant, Bernard Earl Billie, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of possession of narcotics with intent to sell in violation of General Statutes § 21a-277 (a), possession of narcotics in violation of General Statutes § 21a-279 (a) and possession of marijuana in violation of General Statutes § 2 la-279 (c).
