This action was brought by Clarence Clark, appellee beneficiary, to recover of the American Life and Accident Insurance Company of Kentucky the sum of $2000.00 by reason of the death of his son, the insured, by external violent and accidental means. On Monday, April 15, 1963, an industrial insurance policy on the life of R. T. Clark, deceased, was issued. The consideration was payment of the sum of eighty cents per week on or before each Monday.
