In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Rosengarten, J.), entered February 9, 2012, which denied her motion for leave to renew her opposition to the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint on the ground that she did not sustain a serious *611injury within the meaning of Insurance Law § 5102 (d) as a result of the subject accident, which had been granted by a decision and order of this Court dated January 31, 2012 (Paul-Austin v McPherson, 91 AD3d 924 [2012]).
