This is a motion in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis. The defendant was indicted on March 22, 1939, charged with the crime of robbery in the first degree, petit larceny, assault in the second degree, robbery in the second degree, and grand larceny in the second degree. On April 6, 1939, he pleaded guilty to robbery in the second degree before Judge Wallace, and on April 28, 1939, he was sentenced by Judge Wallace to serve a term of not less than 5 nor more than 15 years in State prison.
