SHEPHERD, Circuit Judge.

Christopher Taylor pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), reserving the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress by the *463district court. He now appeals, and we reverse.
