Plaintiff appeals from a judgment order sustaining-defendants’ motion to strike plaintiff’s fifth amended complaint. Plaintiff elected to stand by the complaint and an order was entered dismissing the suit at plaintiff’s costs.

Plaintiff’s fifth amended complaint reads as follows:

“1. Plaintiff is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, and since the year 1937, has continuously conducted a school for the teaching of optometry. It has a- faculty consisting of persons skilled in the science and teaching of optometry; that by reason of its competent faculty and instructors…
