Affirming.

Noble Steele, a boy eight years old, while attempting to lot go of or alight from the steps of a moving coal car *607on which he was riding, or which he had hold of while running by the side of the car, was thrown under the wheels and both of his feet cut off. In this suit by his next friend to recover damages for the injuries so sustained, there was a verdict and judgment in his favor for ten thousand dollars, and on this appeal a reversal is asked on several grounds to which attention will be ■ called.
