T1 Appellant, Isidro Marquez-Burrola, was charged in the District Court of Grady County, Case No. CF-2002-45, with First Degree Murder (21 0.S8.2001, § 701.7(A)). The State alleged two aggravating cfreum-stances in support of the death penalty: (1) that the murder was especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel; and (2) that there existed a reasonable probability that Appellant would constitute a continuing threat to society.
