PRAY, District Judge.
This action was commenced April 10, 1947, under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 201-219. The defendant is a corporation engaged in logging operations in Montana and in producing various kinds of lumber products for sale and shipment in interstate commerce. That since about April 10, 1945, the employees of defendant, herein suing and represented, and others similarly situated who may later join in this action, have been engaged in the production of goods for interstate commerce, and in so called portal-to-portal activities for work weeks longer than…
