This is a contest about the admission to probate of an alleged will, said to have been executed on the 9th day of September, 1896, in Saunders county in this state, where the purported testator resided then and at the time of his death. The grounds of contest are that the alleged testator was without testamentary capacity, and that the instrument in controversy was obtained from him through the exercise of undue influence, and without his conscious volition.
