Williams v. State
Indiana Supreme Court
1Opinion of the CourtHunter, J.
This is an appeal from the Marion Criminal Court, Division Two. Appellant was charged by indictment with the crime of murder in the second degree, Ind. Ann. Stat. § 10-8404 (1956 Repl.) and, after jury trial, was found guilty of manslaughter. Ind. Ann. Stat. § 10-8405 (1956 Repl.).
