The defendant has been charged with receiving and possessing child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2) and 18 U.S.C. .§ 2252(a)(4)(B). Filing No. 1. Pending before me is defendant’s “Objection to Proposed Release Conditions,” (filing no. 7), interpreted as a motion to remove conditions of release imposed on February 9, 2009.
