The petitioner, Pamela Koldras, filed a petition to recover certain stock certificates held by the respondents, Melodie Waters and Tamara Peterson. Pamela is the daughter of Alice Flecken (decedent), and the respondents, Melodie Waters and Tamara Petetson, are the co-executors of the estate of Alice Flecken.
