ARNOLD, Circuit Judge.
This ease arises out of an accident at a railroad crossing ‘in Prescott, Arkansas. The District Court1 entered judgment on the jury’s verdict, and the railroad appeals. The jury awarded $80,000 compensatory damages and $62,000 punitive damages. Motions for judgment non obstante veredicto and a new trial were filed by the railroad. They were denied. Brown v. Missouri Pacific Railroad, 543 F.Supp. 348 (W.D. Ark.1982).
