LEIBELL, District Judge.

In February, 1928, Natalie G. Heydemann, as sole heir and legatee of Deitrich Heydemann, filed -a summons and complaint in the Supreme Court, New York County, demanding a money judgment against the Russian Electric Corporation, a *1006foreign corporation. A warrant of attachment was granted on February 27, 1928, and the next day it was served upon the National City Bank and the Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Company, the defendant herein.
