JACKSON, Justice.

The decisive question is whether the trial court’s judgment is clearly against the weight of the evidence.

This is an appeal by some of the defendants in a quiet title action from a judgment in favor of plaintiff, quieting his title to certain city lots in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma.

*1010The plaintiff was C. O. Walker, and the appealing defendants are three of his four children by his first wife, Ida Mae Walker.

Mrs. Walker died in September, 1954, while owning an undivided one half interest in the property involved in this appeal. She left a will under which all of her property was…
