The State Liquor Authority (hereafter referred to as the Authority) about October 1, 1943, issued to Colonial Liquor Distributors, Inc. (referred .to as the Colonial), two licenses to engage.in the sale of liquor and wines at wholesale at (1) 36 Broadway, Menands, N. Y. (referred to as the Albany license), and (2) 16-18 Pine Grove Avenue, Kingston, N. Y. (referred to as the Kingston license.) These licenses were issued for the period ending September 30, 1944.
