Error to the District Court of Philadelphia. This was a scire facias sur mortgage by Ebenezer Jackson, assignee, &c., against John Dickinson, with notice to terre-tenants, issued September 30th 1863, and served on James M. Keenan, terre-tenant. The death of the defendant being suggested, Hawkins, his administrator, was substituted. Michael C. Cadmus was afterwards, on his own application, allowed to defend as terretenant.
