STATEMENT OF CASE

On April 25, 2002, the defendant, Jeffro Williams, was indicted for first degree murder during an armed robbery.1 On May 1, 2002, he pleaded not guilty. On August 1, 2002, a hearing on the motions was held, and the trial court denied the motion to suppress the evidence and the identification. On August 15, 2002, the hearing was concluded, and the court denied the motion to suppress the statement.
