FRANK, Judge.

Marion Kenneth Wright (appellant) appeals his conviction of distribution of cocaine in violation of Code § 18.2-248. On appeal, appellant contends the trial court erred in denying his motion to compel the disclosure of the police surveillance location. We disagree and affirm the conviction.

I. BACKGROUND
