Johnell Allen appeals the district court’s denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 habeas petition. For the following reasons, we AFFIRM.

BACKGROUND

Sharon Hunter and her boyfriend John McMullen began arguing at Hunter’s apartment in the presence of Hunter’s friend, Wendy Shepherd, and the two infant children Hunter shared with Allen, her ex-boyfriend.
