Issa Jaber (“Jaber”) and Philip Momoh (“Momoh”) were charged with conspiracy to possess or distribute pseudoephedrine, possession or distribution of pseudoephed-rine with the knowledge that it would be used to manufacture a controlled substance, and conspiracy to commit money laundering. Jaber pled guilty to all counts of the indictment. Momoh, named only in four counts of the indictment, also pled guilty.
