HEANEY, Circuit Judge.
John Larry Ray appeals from the District Court’s order denying his motion to vacate sentence, filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. We affirm.
The appellant and three others (Ronald Goldenstein, Jerry Miller and James Benny) were indicted on a charge of aggravated bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), (d). The charge arose from the October 26,1970, robbery of the Bank of St. Peters, Missouri.
