Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Henderson circuit court, dismissing appellant Posey’s petition praying the recovery of about fifteen or twenty thousand ($15,000.00 or $20,000.00) dollars’ worth of real and personal property conveyed by him on February 16 1915, to the appellee, Lambert-Grrisham Hardware Company. Very unusual are the facts of this case.
