DECISION
{¶ 1} Relator, Ralkers, Inc., has filed an original action in prohibition requesting this court to issue a writ of prohibition to prohibit respondent, Ohio Liquor Control Commission, from proceeding with adjudicatory hearings or issuing adjudicatory orders in connection with allegations that relator violated state liquor control statutes and/or rules at its licensed premises in Massillon, Ohio.
