OPINION
BURTON PERLMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Debtor filed a petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on December 19,1979 and received a discharge on April 23, 1980. Plaintiff filed a complaint to determine dischargeability of a debt on March 27, 1980. At pretrial conference, it was agreed by the parties that there was no need for an evidentiary hearing, and that the matter could be submitted for decision by the court on a stipulation of fact.
