Defendant is charged with manufacturing marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). On August 5, 2014, the Magistrate Judge held a hearing on Defendant’s motion to quash search warrant, to suppress alleged evidence, and for dismissal. (ECF No. 13.) The Magistrate Judge issued a Report and Recommendation (“R & R”) recommending that Defendant’s motion to quash search warrant, to suppress evidence, and for dismissal be denied. (ECF No. 28.)
