EELLUM, Judge.
The appellant, Charles David Ingmire, was convicted of theft of property in the second degree, a violation of § 13A-8-4, Ala.Code 1975, and receiving stolen property in the second degree, a violation of § 13A-8-18, Ala-Code 1975. The circuit court sentenced Ingmire to 84 months’ imprisonment for each conviction and ordered that the sentences were to run concurrently. The sentences were split, and Ingmire was ordered to serve 6 months in jail followed by 49 months’ unsupervised *593probation.
