The plaintiff-appellee, a resident of the City of Cleveland, was injured while driving his motorcycle in a northerly direction on East 12th Street as he was passing through the intersection of East 12th Street with St. Clair Avenue. At the point where St. Clair Avenue, which runs east and west, intersects East 12th Street, which runs north and south, there is a traffic control signal light suspended above the center of the intersection.
