This is an unemployment compensation case, in which the claimant appellee, Martin Hoban, Avas receiving unemployment benefits at the rate of $35 per week Avhen he accepted employment as a potAvaslier for the appellant, Skytop Lodges, Inc., at $125 per month, plus board and room. lie was told at the time that he would be given a better paying job as soon as one became available. He Avas employed for three Aveeks when he left the job because of insufficient wages and then filed for unemployment benefits.
