MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case comes before the Court on six motions in limine filed by Plaintiff CDX Liquidating Trust by the CDX Liquidating Trustee (“Plaintiff’ or “CDX” or “Trustee”) and on eleven motions in limine filed by Venrock Associates (“Defendants” or “Venroek, et al.”). CDX’s first five motions in limine and Defendant’s first ten motions in limine are the subject of this memorandum opinion and order.
