Major Paint Company, Standard Brands Paint Company, Standard Brands Liquidating Creditor Trust, and Standard Brands Paint Company (“Standard Brands” or “taxpayer”) appeal the Court of Federal Claims’ grant of summary judgment in favor of the government.
