This is a special appeal allowed by this ■court from an order of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia granting a preliminary injunction. The appellant, a defendant below, is the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and En-ginemen, an unincorporated association, hereafter sometimes referred to as the Brotherhood.
