Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit

Decided June 29, 1989No. 88-1624PublishedCited by 11 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

McQUADE, District Judge.

Defendant-appellant, Dr. Kristine M. Duffy, appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, the United States of America. Dr. Duffy contends that the district court erred in finding that she was liable for breach of her scholarship contract with the government, and that the district court erred in assessing damages. We reject Dr. Duffy’s contentions and affirm the district court’s decision.
