MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE AMENDED COMPLAINT

On August 4, 1992, the plaintiff commenced this adversary proceeding for a determination that certain debts owed to the defendant were dischargeable as student loans. See § 523(a)(8). The plaintiff now moves for leave to file an amended complaint (the “Amended Complaint”) to add an additional count seeking, inter alia, money damages for alleged violations of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (“CUTPA”), see Conn.Gen.Stat.Ann. § 42-110a, et seq.
