This case came on for hearing on May 6, 1998, on the Motion for Determination of Entitlement to Unearned Retainer as of Date of Conversion from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 (the “Motion”) (Doc. No. 72) filed by debtor’s counsel, the law firm of Wolff, Hill, McFarlin & Herron, P.A. (‘WHM & H”). WHM & H had received a prepetition retainer of approximately $20,000 from the debtor, Richard ZukosM (the “Debtor”).
