This action is brought to recover damages resulting from the alleged negligent operation of an automobile.
The complaint alleges that plaintiff by the express invitation of defendants became and was a passenger in the automobile truck owned by the defendant Bayonne News Company, and operated by its agent, the defendant Herman Hoof-man, and that defendants—•
