Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed May 28, 2008, which ruled that the employer was not entitled to reimbursement from the Special Disability Fund.

Claimant suffered a knee injury while working for the employer on July 28, 2007. Her subsequent claim for workers’ compensation benefits was not disputed by the employer’s workers’ compensation carrier.
