On April 26, 1991, this Court heard the trial on the Complaint for Order Requiring Turnover of Wrongfully Withheld Wages and for Sanctions Including Attorney Fees (“Complaint”) filed by Owen J. Hebermehl, Debtor (“Plaintiff” or “Debtor”). Debtor named Metro Toyota, Inc., the Debtor’s employer (“Metro” or “Employer”), Jeffery Beattie, Interim Trustee (“Trustee”), and the United States of America, particularly the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) as defendants.
