The appellee moves to quash this appeal upon two grounds: First, That the record is not certified by the judge who presided at the trial in the court below. Second, That the transcript of the testimony and proceedings at the trial are not certified by the official stenographer who took the notes of the proceedings at the trial. The case was tried and the verdict of the jury rendered on September 4, 1913.
