Plaintiff in error, John McDaniel, filed his bill in the circuit court of Edgar county to restrain defendant in error Nicholas Wetzel from prosecuting a suit in forcible entry and detainer against him, and to set aside a sheriff’s deed made to Wetzel in pursuance of a sale on execution issued on a judgment against plaintiff in error in favor of defendant in error Erank Bodle.
