I. Introduction

On February 6, 2013, plaintiffs Sun-Trust Banks, Inc. (“SunTrust Banks”) and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. (“STRH”) filed this action against defendants Turnberry Capital Management LP and Turnberry Master, Ltd., seeking to prevent defendants from proceeding with an arbitration they had commenced against plaintiffs before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”).
