A Houston County jury found Irvin Green guilty of armed robbery. Following the denial of his motion for new trial, Green appeals from the judgment of conviction entered on the verdict. He claims that the trial court erred in refusing to allow him to question his two co-defendants about the maximum sentence they faced had they not agreed to testify against him.
