Malone, J.;

Erika Anna Ingred Skillern appeals her sentence following her conviction of domestic battery, a class B person misdemeanor under K.S.A. 2011 Supp. 21-5414(b)(1). The district court sentenced Skillern to 6 months’ imprisonment in the county jail and ordered her to serve 48 hours in custody as a condition of her probation. Skillern asked the district court to suspend the 48 hours’ imprisonment, but the district court found that it did not have that option under the applicable sentencing statute.
