ORDER ON UNITED STATES TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO DISMISS

Debtor’s case was filed on June 5, 2008. On January 14, 2009, the United States Trustee filed a Motion to Dismiss or to Convert the Case to Chapter 7 alleging inter alia that Debtor had failed to file monthly operating reports with the United States Trustee’s Office and had failed to amend his schedules in order to address earlier errors and omissions or inconsistencies in the reports which had been called to his attention.
