The Hew England Brick Company, a' foreign corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maine, was the owner on September 4, 1907, and for some time prior thereto of a brickyard in the town of Halfmoon, Saratoga county, H. Y., near the village of Mechanicville. Running through the said premises of claimant is a small stream known as the Hart or Hollow brook.
