This matter was brought before the Court on March 20, 2015, on the Plea of Sovereign Immunity (“Plea”) filed jointly by the Defendants, Kathryn S. Hagaman, R.N. (“Hagaman” or “Nurse Hagaman”) and her employer, Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Authority, d/b/a VCU Health System and also d/b/a MCV Hospitals (“VCUHSA”).
