Reversing.
On Jnly 31, 1931, the TEtna Casualty & Surety Company issued to K. O. Distad a policy of insurance in consideration of the premium then paid, by which it agreed to indemnify him in the snm of $2,000 for all .loss by burglary, robbery, theft, and larceny, from the premises occupied by the assured as a residence, within one year, and it was specified in the policy that it should apply to all such property as was owned by the assured or by any permanent member of his household.
