Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which, inter alia, revoked petitioner’s parole and held him until the maximum expiration of his sentence.

As a result of his 1982 conviction of the crimes of sodomy in the first degree and sexual abuse in the first degree, petitioner was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of 10 to 20 years and 2V2 to 5 years, respectively.
