This matter is before the Court on two cross-motions for partial summary judgment. This cause came on to be heard on August 23, 1984. The first cross-motion involves plaintiffs claim against defendants for $28,551.45 arising from the alleged unauthorized extension of credit by defendant Irwin A. Deutscher (“Deutscher”) to the estate of Blanton-Smith Corporation.
